§ 90.163. Fees.

No operating permit required under this division shall be issued or continued in operation unless the holder thereof has paid an annual license fee of $400.00 and a $20.00 fee each year for each vehicle operated under an operating permit. The fees shall be paid to the city to compensate the city for is superintendence of the taxicab business operated under this article and for the use of the city streets, alleys and public ways.
