§ 82.009. Culpable mental state not required for violations.

  • No culpable mental state is needed with respect to a violation of any provision of this chapter. The intent of this section is to plainly dispense with the requirement for a culpable mental state as described in section 1.018 of this code and V.T.C.A. Penal Code § 6.02, as amended.
