§ 34.155. Impoundment record.

  • The chief of police will keep a record containing a description of all impounded property; the date and time of the impounding; the date notices of sale were posted and published or mailed to owners and lienholders; certified notices and return receipts; the date of the sale; the sale amount for each article at the sale; the amount of fees to which the city or impoundment agency is entitled under section 35.157; the names and addresses of the owners and lienholders, if known; the name and address of the buyer; and any other information the city manager may deem necessary.
