§ 14.291. Applicability.

(a)

This article controls over all other parts of this chapter if a conflict occurs between this article and the electrical code or the code for one- and two-family dwellings, which are adopted in section 14.002.

(b)

This article applies:

(1)

Throughout the city limits regardless of the electrical provider; and

(2)

To all property, regardless of location, connected to the City electric utility system.
