§ 90.054. Fees.

No certificate required under this division shall be issued or continued in operation unless the holder has paid an annual license fee established by the city council for each type of limousine service covered by the certificate and a fee for each vehicle operated under the certificate. The fees shall be paid to the city to compensate the city for its superintendence of the limousine service and for the use of the streets, alleys and public ways of the city. The fees due under this section may be prorated for up to six months for new certificates, if approved by the city council.
