§ 90.029. Restrictions on operation of luxury and airport limousine services.

  • (a)

    It is unlawful for a person to operate a vehicle other than a luxury limousine in a luxury limousine service.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for a person, in the operation of an airport limousine service, to deviate from the fixed routes designated in the certificate or to pick up or discharge passengers at locations other than those shown on the fixed routes.

    (c)

    The fixed routes of an airport limousine service on a certificate may be amended with the consent of the city council after a public hearing.
