§ 86.398. Effect of other laws and ordinances.

Nothing in this division is intended to relieve any person of any condition, restriction or requirement imposed by any law or ordinance of the city and, particularly of any condition, restriction or requirement imposed by the ordinance in which the person is authorized to place in the streets, highways, alleys or public places of the city, pipelines and other fixtures and apparatus.
