§ 86.199. Payments; due date.

(a)

(b)

Payments for city utility services, including water, sewer, solid waste collection and electricity, which are billed in a consolidated manner, shall be applied to the respective appropriate utility funds. If a payment amount differs from the amount billed, the payment amount shall nevertheless be applied to each utility fund in proportion to the percentage of the total bill that is represented by each utility's billing amount.
