§ 86.151. Adoption of rules.

(a)

The on-site sewage facility rules are adopted, and all officials and employees of the city having duties under these rules are authorized to perform those duties.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person who owns, maintains or occupies any structure discharging sewage into an on-site sewage facility within the corporate limits of the city to fail or refuse to comply with the on-site sewage facility rules.

(c)

V.T.C.A. Health and Safety Code Chapter 366, On-site Sewage Disposal Systems, and all revisions or amendments, is adopted by reference.

(d)

The provisions of this chapter apply within the corporate limits of the city, unless a provision expressly provides otherwise.
