§ 82.233. Application.

  • The application for the parade permit shall be made in writing, on a form provided by the chief of police and shall contain the following information:

    (1)

    The name of the applicant, the sponsoring organization, the parade chairman and the addresses and telephone numbers of each;

    (2)

    The date to conduct the parade, the location of the assembly area, the location of the disbanding area, the route to be traveled and the approximate times when the parade will assemble, start and terminate;

    (3)

    The number and type of vehicles and animals, the number of persons expected to participate and a general description of the organization of the parade; and

    (4)

    Any other information the chief of police may deem reasonably necessary for the safety of the parade participants and general public.
