§ 82.232. Required.

It is unlawful for any person to conduct or participate in any parade, other than a funeral procession, upon any street without a permit issued by the chief of police. Application for the permit shall be on a form provided by the police department, shall be made not less than 15 days before the time for the parade and shall be accompanied by a fee established by the city council. The chief of police may waive the 15-day requirement for good cause.
