§ 82.162. Backing into spaces.

  • (a)

    The city manager may designate parking spaces on a public street for back-in parking by placing signs giving notice of such designation.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for any person to back a vehicle, other than a motorcycle, into a parking space on a public street that is not designated by the city manager for back-in parking or to park head-in into a parking space on a public street designated by the city manager for back-in parking.
