§ 82.002. Application of state laws.

Latest version.

All state laws governing the operation and movement of vehicles and pedestrians, including but not limited to the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, V.A.C.S. art. 6701d, shall apply within the city except as modified by this chapter.
