§ 74.230. Insurance, indemnity, bonding and security deposits.

Insurance, bonding and security deposits shall be in strict accordance with the city's rights-of-way management ordinance, and other applicable ordinances, codes and policies, except to the extent not consistent with V.T.C.A., Local Government Code Ch. 284.

2.

Indemnity shall be in accordance with V.T.C.A., Local Government Code Ch. 284, § 284.302, as provided for in V.T.C.A., Local Government Code Ch. 283, § 283.057(a) and (b).
