§ 74.195. Establishment of line and grade; setting and protection of stakes.

Under this article, the establishment of line and grade and the setting of line and grade stakes and their protection shall be the responsibility of the applicant/owner and, if required by the city engineer, shall be set under the direct supervision of a registered public surveyor.
