§ 58.069. Activities on bridges crossing San Marcos River.

  • (a)

    It is unlawful for a person to jump or dive into the San Marcos River from any bridge crossing the river.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for a person to stop and stand upon any railroad bridge crossing the San Marcos River.

    (c)

    This section does not affect the enforcement of laws prohibiting criminal trespass on privately owned bridges.
