§ 58.067. Using public waters of Spring Lake.

  • (a)

    The public waters of Spring Lake are designated as restricted to the following uses:

    (1)

    Sightseeing and excursion boats operated by a person owning or controlling property bordering upon Spring Lake; and

    (2)

    Archaeologic and scientific projects authorized by a person owning or controlling property bordering upon Spring Lake.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for a person to enter or remain within or upon the public waters of Spring Lake for a use or purpose other than those authorized in subsection (a) of this section.
