§ 58.029. Night curfew in city parks.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain in any city park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

(b)

It is a defense to prosecution that the person is either participating in a supervised program approved by the director, or fishing along the San Marcos River.

(c)

Application for approval for a supervised program must be submitted to the director of parks and recreation at least 24 hours before the program is to begin on a form provided by the director.
