§ 46.105. Exemptions.

  • Nothing in this article shall apply to:

    (1)

    The rental of rooms in an owner-occupied house or in an owner-occupied dwelling used exclusively as a rooming house which contains not more than three rooms for rent or hire.

    (2)

    A private club or other establishment not in fact open to the public, except to the extent that the facilities of the establishment are made available to the customers or patrons of an establishment enumerated in the definition of place of public accommodation.
