§ 2.542. Charge for Charter, Code of Ordinances, supplements.

  • (a)

    A charge is established for providing the Charter, the Code of Ordinances and supplements to the Charter and Code to interested persons. The charge represents the total cost of codifying and printing such records, divided by the number of copies ordered by the city.

    (b)

    The city secretary will maintain a schedule of charges, computed by the standard described in subsection (a) of this section, for the following records:

    (1)

    City Charter.

    (2)

    Code of Ordinances.

    (3)

    Supplements to the Code of Ordinances and Charter.

    (c)

    Uncertified copies of comprehensively updated versions of certain documents may be obtained in the city planning and development services department by payment of the respective fees.
