§ 2.370.23. Duties; meetings; reports.

(a)

The committee shall review the progress of implementation of the Comprehensive Plan and determine the completeness of achieving the Comprehensive Plan's objectives.

(b)

The committee shall, on an annual basis, provide a recommendation on the prioritization of the objectives to be completed by city staff relating to implementation of the Comprehensive Plan.

(c)

The committee shall provide an annual status report to the planning and zoning commission and to the city council on the progress made toward implementation of the Comprehensive Plan's objectives.

(d)

The committee shall schedule and conduct two meetings as necessary to complete the above-referenced tasks.

(e)

The committee has no responsibility to advise the planning and zoning commission or the city council regarding specific land use decisions.

(f)

If the committee decides to solicit community input regarding a matter within the scope of its duties, it shall accept public comments for a period of 30 days.
