§ 2.314. Cooperation with private citizens and agencies.

The parks and recreation board will at all times seek to promote close cooperation between the city and all private citizens, institutions and agencies interested in or conducting beautification and recreational activities, to the end that all resources within the city may be coordinated to secure the greatest degree of public benefit.
