§ 2.296. Election and duties of officers.

(a)

The library board will elect from its membership a president, a vice-president and secretary.

(b)

The president will preside at all meetings of the library board, and will sign, as authorized by the library board, correspondence and documents, including those required by the state library.

(c)

The vice-president will perform the duties of the president in the absence or inability of the president.

(d)

The secretary will keep a true and accurate record of all matters coming before the board.
