§ 2.251. Established; memberships and terms.

(a)

The cemetery commission is established.

(b)

The commission will consist of seven members who will be appointed by the city council.

(c)

The terms of office of members will be staggered. The terms of three members will expire in odd-numbered years, and the other four terms will expire in even-numbered years. Terms will be for two years.
