§ 10.028. Enforcement.

(a)

Applicability. All aircraft, pilots, operators, companies, business organizations, government agencies and all persons coming upon airport property for any purpose are subject to this article.

(b)

Compliance. The city council and airport management and its duly authorized representatives are empowered to enforce compliance with this article. In addition to the penalty prescribed in section 1.015, violators can be removed or evicted from the airport premises or denied use of the airport or its facilities if the action is determined by airport management or a city official charged with enforcing City code provisions to be reasonably necessary to protect public property or persons or ensure safety.
